This 1998 Ferrari F355 is a Modena Yellow-finished Spider that shows 14k miles and is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 that received a timing belt service in 2025. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner. The brake hoses were replaced in 2025, while the steering rack and tie rods were replaced in 2026.
The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. A yellow fire extinguisher is mounted ahead of the passenger seat, and amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a cassette stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. Recent work has included repairing the HVAC control module, HVAC actuator, ashtray, and shift plate.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 14k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. An engine-put timing belt service was completed in October 2025, at which time the spark plugs, water pump, and drive belts were replaced. The battery and air conditioning compressor were replaced in 2026.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch assembly and clutch slave cylinder were replaced in 2025. A Capristo exhaust system is noted to have been fitted, and the removed factory muffler will accompany the sale. The selling dealer notes that a “Hyper Flow” catalytic converter has been installed.
