This 1957 Ford Thunderbird was invoiced to George M. Sutton Ford in Inglewood, California, and was specified with Sun Gold paintwork and a 312ci E-code V8. The engine was bored over and rebuilt under prior ownership and is equipped with a single Holley carburetor. Shifting is through a three-speed automatic transmission, and the car is equipped with a brown soft top and a body-color hardtop with porthole windows. Other details include power-assisted brakes, power steering, and 14″ wire wheels in addition to power windows, an analog clock, a retro-look radio, and white vinyl upholstery. Acquired by the current owner in 2018, this Thunderbird is now offered on dealer consignment with a copy of the Ford gate-release document, partial service records, and a clean Arizona title.

Finished from the factory in Sun Gold, the car has a brown soft top and a body-color hardtop with porthole windows. The seller notes that a dolly for the hardtop is included in the sale.

Wire-spoke 14″ wheels are mounted with Firestone whitewall tires. Stopping power is supplied by power-assisted drum brakes at each corner, and the car has power steering.

The bench seat is trimmed in white vinyl and is accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels as well as black carpets. Appointments include a heater, a retro-look radio, and power windows. The right armrest is discolored.

The three-spoke steering wheel has a horn ring and frames a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer indicates 2k miles. Total mileage is unknown.

Previously bored .040″ over, the E-code 312ci Y-block V8 was rebuilt in 2014 and is topped with a Holley carburetor and an Edelbrock air cleaner assembly. Two removed four-barrel carburetors are included in the sale.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a Fordomatic three-speed automatic transmission.
