This 1963 Mercury Monterey Custom is a four-door sedan that is finished in white over two-tone beige upholstery and is outfitted with a Breezeway rear window. The car is powered by a 390ci V8 linked with a three-speed automatic transmission and has 14″ steel wheels with covers as well as bench seating, a push-button radio, and chrome bumpers. This Monterey is now offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the owner, who acquired the car in 2020, with service records and a New Jersey title in the owner’s name.

Finished from the factory in Sultana White (M), the car was refinished at some point under prior ownership. It is equipped with a Breezeway rear window, a driver-side mirror, quad headlights, and chrome bumpers and trim. Rust under the trunk lid is noted, and blemishes around the car are shown in the gallery below.

Steel 14″ wheels feature covers and are mounted with Kumho tires. Braking is provided by drums at each corner.

The cabin houses front and rear bench seats upholstered in two-tone beige vinyl, which is complemented by coordinated door panels. A push-button radio is housed in the dashboard. Components for the air conditioning system have been removed, and there is a tear in the upholstery.

The two-tone, three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, alternator charge, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 78k miles, approximately 4k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 390ci V8 was factory equipped with a two-barrel carburetor and was rated at 250 horsepower when new.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
