This 1966 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova is a red-over-red sport coupe that was refurbished in the early 2000s. It spent approximately two decades with its prior owner before it was acquired by the selling dealer on BaT in October 2025. A Certificate of Authenticity from Jerry MacNeish’s Hi-Performance Camaro was issued in December 2025. The 327ci L79 V8 was rebuilt in August 2020 and subsequently produced 411 horsepower on a dynamometer, and power is routed through a four-speed manual transmission and a PosiTraction differential. Additional equipment includes power steering, long-tube headers, a Hurst shifter, 15″ Cragar wheels, Baer front brake calipers, an aluminum grille, bench seats, a hidden stereo, and a factory-style tachometer. This Nova sport coupe is now offered with a Colorado title.
Finished from the factory in Regal Red, the car was repainted in 2003. Equipment includes an aluminum grille, chrome bumpers, a driver-side mirror, 327 badging, and polished rocker panel trim. Areas of touched-up paint are noted.
Body-color 15″ wheels were reinstalled following the selling dealer’s acquisition and are mounted with redline tires. The car is equipped with power steering, CalTracs traction bars, and front and rear sway bars. The front disc brake system is comprised of Baer calipers over slotted/drilled rotors. The strut rods, idler arm, and braking components have been replaced since 2023.
The car was ordered with bench seats from the factory, and the red vinyl upholstery is joined by color-matching door panels and carpets. Appointments include a padded dash, a Hurst shifter, a heater, and a hidden Sony cassette stereo.
The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer and a fuel-level gauge. A factory-style tachometer is mounted below the dashboard alongside a trio of AutoMeter readouts. The five-digit odometer shows 17k miles, approximately 30 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 327ci L79 V8 was rebuilt in August 2020 by SCH Racing Heads of Arvada, Colorado. It is installed on polyurethane mounts, and the engine produced 411 horsepower and 386 lb-ft of torque on a dynamometer in June 2021.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a PosiTraction differential. The transmission was resealed in 2023, and the differential was serviced. Long-tube headers are linked to a dual exhaust system with XL Performance mufflers.
A Certificate of Authenticity from Camaro Hi-Performance is dated December 18, 2025.
The current Colorado title carries a “Not Actual Mileage – Warning Odometer Discrepancy” notation.
