This 1967 Jaguar XKE Series I roadster was restored between 2005 and 2007. The seller states that approximately $165k was spent on the work, which was commissioned by a prior owner in New Jersey. The car is finished in Pale Primrose over Suede Green leather and powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a green convertible top and boot, covered headlights, 15″ wire wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, and a heater. The car was acquired by the current owner, an Illinois retail dealer, in 216, and it is now offered on their behalf with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, service records, spare parts, a jack and tools, and an Illinois title.

The car received an engine-out respray in the factory Pale Primrose at Phoenix Auto Restorations of Hackettstown, New Jersey between 2005 and 2007. Exterior details include a green convertible top and boot, covered headlights, a louvered clamshell hood, chrome bumpers, dual side mirrors, three windshield wipers, and dual exhaust outlets.

The 15″ wire wheels are secured by two-eared knockoffs and wear 205/70 Pirelli P4000 tires. An October 2026 service note indicates the tires need replacement. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs with inboard rear rotors.

The cabin was retrimmed during the refurbishment, with Suede Green leather on the bucket seats and coordinating door panels and carpets replacing the original black upholstery. Work included replacing the seat covers, carpets, convertible top, and trunk trim. Equipment includes black dashboard trim, a sliding rearview mirror, and a heater.

A wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a Smiths 160-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges are set in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 62k miles, about 250 of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.2-liter inline-six was rebuilt and detailed during the 2005–2007 build and is equipped with triple SU carburetors. In October 2026, the oil was changed, the carburetors were removed, cleaned, resealed, and adjusted; the spark plugs and distributor rotor were replaced; a Pertronix electronic ignition was installed; and the cooling system was flushed and the expansion tank replaced. A compression test recorded 170 psi in cylinders one through three and 175 psi in cylinders four through six.

The cylinder head is stamped 7E11703-9, matching the engine number recorded on the Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The Jaguar Heritage Trust Production Record Trace certificate accompanies the car. It records a December 28, 1966 build date and a January 16, 1967 dispatch date.
