This 2009 BMW 328i Sports Wagon has been registered in California and Nevada and was qualified as a BMW Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle just before it was purchased by the seller in 2011. Finished in Space Gray Metallic over Gray Dakota leather, the car is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. It is equipped with the optional Premium and Cold Weather Packages as well as adaptive xenon headlights, a panoramic sunroof, a MyModNav rearview camera, 16″ Style 282 wheels, navigation, heated power-adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel, dynamic cruise control, a CD stereo, Focal IFBMW-S plug-and-play speakers, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Recent work has involved flushing the brake fluid and replacing the battery, purge valve, tires, window regulators, ignition components, and more. This E91 Sports Wagon has 112k miles and is offered at no reserve with owner’s manuals, service records dating from 2011, a Blackstone Laboratories oil analysis, spare parts, a Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Space Gray Metallic (A52) and is equipped with adaptive xenon headlights with washers as well as a panoramic sunroof, roof rails, power-adjustable side mirrors, a rear window wiper, LED taillights, and fog lights. A March 2019 entry on the Carfax report indicates minor damage to the left-front of the car, and an August 2022 entry points out minor damage to the front and right-front. Per the seller, the right-front headlight and fender have been replaced. There is some mottling in the tint on the passenger-side windows, a paint blemish on the middle of the rear bumper cover just below the license plate, and one of the exhaust finishers is missing. Close-up photos of the finish and trim are provided in the gallery below.
Silver-finished 16″ Style 282 alloy wheels were fitted with 205/55 Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus tires in 2024 at ~106k miles, and the seller states that the suspension was overhauled at that time. Braking is provided by a ventilated disc at each corner. The front brake pads were replaced in 2023, the brake fluid was flushed in 2024, and the right-rear ABS sensor was replaced in 2026.
The heated power-adjustable front seats and the split-folding rear bench are upholstered in gray Dakota leather. Burl walnut trim accents the cabin, which is further appointed with dual-zone automatic climate control, driver-seat position memory, a CD stereo, a Focal speaker system, navigation, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and dynamic cruise control. The speakers in all four doors have been upgraded to Focal IFBMW-S plug-and-play units and wiring for a radar detector has been added, as has a ModMyNav rearview camera that displays on the iDrive screen. The shifter cover was replaced in 2024, a replacement left-rear window regulator was installed in 2025, and the right-rear regulator was replaced in 2026. The air conditioning works only in recirculation mode, and driver-seat upholstery discoloration is shown in the gallery, along with worn armrest upholstery on the driver’s door panel. Installation instructions for the ModMyNav camera are included.
The heated leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as gauges for fuel level and instant fuel economy. The digital odometer indicates 112k miles, approximately 93k of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 230 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque. The purge valve was replaced in 2022, and an ignition coil and spark plug were replaced the following year. In 2024, the battery, oil-filter housing, and radiator and vent hoses were replaced. The most recent oil change was carried out in July 2025, and another coil and plug were replaced in 2026. The results of a January 2013 Blackstone Laboratories oil analysis are provided in the gallery, along with ~55 pages of records for maintenance performed since 2011.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission.
Owner’s manuals and two key fobs will accompany the vehicle, as will the spare parts and records shown above and in the gallery.
The Carfax report notes the 2019 and 2022 damage.
