I don't envy the workload teachers deal with. They have to teach kids all day, grade papers all night, attend administrative meetings, make new lesson plans, and deal with needy parents. I felt overwhelmed just typing all of that! Not to mention, they must manage and optimize productivity for the most distracted generation this planet has ever seen. I wouldn't want to teach kids in any decade, let alone the one where school is the only place they don't have access to instant gratification.
To all the teachers reading this, I hope this school year gets better for you. I can't imagine how difficult it is to adjust to completely different classes of kids every year, each demanding something different from you. If you are listlessly counting down to Thanksgiving Break, these teacher memes might give you a laugh when you need it.
