A 190-km/h speedometer is mounted apart along with a warning-lamp module. The five-digit odometer shows 1,940 kilometers (~1,200 miles), 1,800 of which were ridden by the seller.

The liquid-cooled 249cc two-stroke L-twin is equipped with a PGM III digital ignition and fuel management system that oversees the dual Keihin TA22 flat-slide carburetors and RC (Revolution Controlled) exhaust power valves by way of electronically mapped operational parameters and timing. Additional equipment includes reed valve induction, a kick starter, and a dual expansion-chamber exhaust system. The stock ignition limiter has been de-restricted by the seller to gain full access to the engine’s factory-rated output of 45 horsepower and 26 lb-ft of torque in the upper three gears.
