Three NCIS shows, a fun mystery back for season 4, plus more new releases are coming to Paramount+ this week.

Premiering October 8, Elsbeth Season 4 follows sharp, unconventional attorney Elsbeth Tascioni, played by Carrie Preston, as she uses her unique instincts to once again help the NYPD. This time, she targets killers among New York City’s elite, joined by returning stars Wendell Pierce as Captain C.W. Wagner and Carra Patterson as Officer Kaya Blanke.

Also debuting the same day is Cupertino. The CBS legal drama set in Silicon Valley follows Michael Price, played by Mike Colter, a tech attorney ousted after losing his startup equity.

He joins forces with Olivia Siffre (Rachel Keller), a fellow recently fired junior lawyer, to launch an underdog firm. Together, they use a Strangers on a Train-style tactic to sue powerful tech giants for each other and other exploited workers.

Additionally, among Paramount+‘s new releases this week is Avatar: Seven Havens. The animated action-fantasy series premieres its first season on Paramount+ on October 9, 2026. It is set about 225 years after The Legend of Korra in a post-apocalyptic world where a massive cataclysm has shattered both the physical and Spirit Worlds.

Humanity now survives within seven fortified strongholds called the Seven Havens. It is there that 9-year-old earthbender Pavi discovers she is the next Avatar.

Meanwhile, October 6 delivers an NCIS binge marathon with NCIS Season 24, NCIS: New York, and NCIS: Origins Season 3. It’s going to be a full day of back-to-back investigations spanning three generations of the franchise.
