This 1968 Ford Mustang convertible is powered by a retrofitted  302ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and is finished in Candyapple Red over black vinyl upholstery. The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 14″ Torq Thrust-style wheels, front disc brakes, power steering, a Holley Dominator carburetor, dual paired exhaust outlets, front and rear bench seats, and an AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. The seller purchased the car in 2021, and recent work included replacing the starter, battery, power-steering and alternator belts, and brake components. This Mustang convertible is now offered with a car cover and a Massachusetts title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Candyapple Red (T) and features a black convertible soft top, 302 badging, and dual paired exhaust outlets. The soft top is described as being in very good condition with no rips or tears.

The car rides on 14″ Torq Thrust-style alloys and has front disc brakes. The tires require replacement and the power steering rack has an active leak, and the brakes would benefit from replacement pads and rotors.

The cabin features front and rear bench seats upholstered in black vinyl. Equipment includes an AM/FM radio with Bluetooth connectivity, auxiliary gauges mounted below the radio, and a Hurst shifter.

The steering wheel is accented with woodgrain trim and  frames a 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage. The five-digit odometer has rolled over and indicates 2,200 miles, approximately 300 miles of which were added under current ownership. A tachometer was added in the center of the cluster.

A previous owner retrofitted a 302ci V8, which it topped by a Holley Dominator carburetor. The battery was replaced in 2026, and the starter was changed in 2023. The seller notes a battery draw and notes the starter sparks when starting, and recommends further inspection. The radiator would benefit from replacement.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. Corrosion is visible on the underside.

The title carries an Actual Mileage notation with a reading of 101,845 miles.
