Really look at your cat; think about it really hard. What kind of vibe does your cat give off? That is how you will figure out their costume for the year; they will tell you, somehow. Not with words, but with that special communication only cats and their pet parents can have together.

Heck, you don't even need to get expensive with it. You could literally just wrap some colorful arts-and-crafts pipe cleaners on their heads and say they're a Teletubby! The options are endless!
