This 1972 Chevrolet C20 pickup was the subject of a custom build commissioned by the previous owner and undertaken by the seller’s shop between 2014 and 2017. The body was converted to a GMC-style short-bed configuration, the side markers were shaved, a cowl hood was installed, and the bed floor was raised before two-tone green paint was applied and the cab and bed were mounted to a Roadster Shop Fast Track chassis. Power is provided by a 383ci Edelbrock V8 crate engine linked to a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission with a paddle-shift arrangement, and the engine compartment was customized with a molded radiator cover and inner fenders that were painted to match the body. The chassis has front and rear independent suspension, alloy control arms, adjustable coilovers, and power rack-and-pinion steering. Inside, a custom rear cab panel and fabricated center console surround bolstered bucket seats trimmed in brown leather, and a Pioneer touchscreen stereo is installed along with power windows, Vintage Air climate control, and Dakota Digital gauges. This customized C10 was purchased by the seller in 2023 and is now offered with a Missouri title in the seller’s name.

The truck was painted two-tone green during the build, which involved replacing sheet metal, installing a GMC grille and tailgate band, and fitting a Fesler flush-mount windshield and rear glass. Additional equipment includes a cowl hood, Ringbrothers hood hinges, billet grille inserts, and flush-mounted door handles.

The raised bed floor has widened wheel houses, stainless runners, and a hinged flush-mounted fuel filler door for the relocated fuel tank.

The 18″ front and 20″ rear Billet Specialties wheels are wrapped in staggered Mickey Thompson tires.

The Roadster Shop Fast Track chassis features independent front and rear suspension with alloy control arms, Penske adjustable coilovers, power rack-and-pinion steering, and Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes along with a pinion-mounted parking-brake disc.

The cab houses bolstered bucket seats trimmed in brown leather surrounded by a molded rear cab panel and a custom center console that were painted to match the body along with the dash panel. The center console has a brown leather armrest, cup holders, and a B&M shifter as well as a cubby on the driver’s side that houses switches for the ignition, power windows, and Vintage Air climate control system. A Pioneer touchscreen stereo is linked to speakers in the kick panels and tweeters in the center stack.

The Nardi wood-rimmed steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames a set of Dakota Digital gauges as well as a paddle-shifter assembly with a digital gear display. The digital odometer indicates 1,400 miles have been added since the 2017 build.

The 383ci Edelbrock V8 crate engine is topped with a polished aluminum intake manifold and a four-barrel carburetor. The engine is surrounded by smoothed firewall, molded inner fenders, and a custom radiator cover panel finished to match the body. Additional equipment includes a serpentine accessory setup, aluminum cylinder heads, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Bowler 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and a 3.50:1  limited-slip differential. The coated dual exhaust system has electronic cutouts.
