TACLOBAN CITY — Police arrested four of Eastern Visayas’ most wanted suspects, including three facing rape and sexual assault charges, in separate manhunt operations on Sunday, the Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8) reported. Brig. Gen. Romano  Cardiño, PRO-8 Director,  said the arrests were part of the police region’s intensified campaign against wanted persons during the observance of All Saints’ Day. Among those arrested was alias “Macky,” 33, a resident of Capoocan, Leyte, who ranked second on the region’s most wanted list.
