This 2001 Jaguar XK8 is a triple-black convertible that has resided in Texas since it was first sold and remained with the previous owner for almost 19 years. Powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, the car features 18″ Impeller alloy wheels, traction control, stability control, fog lights, rear parking sensors, heated power-adjustable front seats, navigation, a cassette stereo, and a CD changer. This X100 convertible is now offered by the selling dealer with a clean Carfax report and a Texas title.

The X100 was designed by Fergus Pollock following a series of design studies, and it was launched at the 1996 Geneva Motor Show. This example is finished in Anthracite and features a matching soft top, xenon headlights, fog lights, and rear parking sensors.

The 18″ Impeller alloy wheels are mounted with Laufenn S Fit AS tires. The car is equipped with traction and stability control, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. The rear struts were reportedly replaced in November 2025.

The cabin is trimmed in Warm Charcoal leather along with wood veneer accents. Amenities include heated power-adjustable front seats with memory settings for the driver as well as navigation and a cassette stereo to a trunk-mounted CD changer. The stereo amplifier was replaced in September 2026, per the selling dealer. The volume control knob does not work, and the steering wheel volume controls remain operable.

The wood- and leather-rimmed steering wheel frames a 170-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,750-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 43k miles.

The 4.0-liter AJ V8 was factory-rated at 290 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer tells us the water pump and thermostat were replaced in August 2026, and the coolant was flushed in September 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed automatic transmission.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.

The Texas title notes “Actual mileage” under the Remark(s) heading.
