This 2012 BMW M3 coupe was registered in California from the time it was new until the seller’s purchase in 2023, and is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 that has been modified with an aftermarket ECU tune and exhaust system. Refinished in white over black leather upholstery, the car was optioned with the Premium and Cold Weather packages and is equipped with with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, a sunroof, 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, lowering suspension springs, dual-zone automatic climate control, Comfort Access, cruise control, and iDrive with navigation. This E92 M3 has 47k miles and is offered at no reserve with a Carfax report and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.

Factory-finished in Alpine White (300), the car was repainted in 2025 and now has a black-finished roof. Exterior details include Shadowline trim and adaptive xenon headlights with washers as well as rain-sensing windshield wipers, auto-dimming side mirrors, a sunroof, a rear spoiler, Park Distance Control sensors, and quadruple exhaust outlets. A September 2013 entry on the Carfax report indicates moderate damage to the front and left-front areas of the car, and a December 2013 entry points out a sideswipe collision with another vehicle along with minor to moderate damage to the same sides. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black leather with sueded inserts and red accents, and the door and side panels have been reworked to match. Aluminum trim accents the cabin, which is further appointed with dual-zone automatic climate control, driver-seat position memory, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, cruise control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a powered rear-window sunblind, and iDrive with navigation. The air-conditioning refrigerant is said to have been recharged in May 2026.

The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features shift paddles and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 47k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and has an aftermarket ECU tune. Per the Carfax report, service in January 2025 included replacing the serpentine belt and tensioner along with the VANOS solenoid, timing-cover and valve-cover gaskets, timing-chain guide and gears, and an oil-control valve. The seller states that the most recent oil change was carried out within the last 25 miles.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. An aftermarket exhaust system has been fitted.

The Carfax report notes the aforementioned 2013 damage and accident along with an open manufacturer safety recall from 2016.
