SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur—Parts of Ilocos Norte will experience a six-hour power supply interruption on Sunday, November 8, as the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) conducts maintenance work on its transmission facilities. The scheduled power supply interruption will run from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., affecting areas served by the Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc.
