MANILA, Philippines — Majority of Filipinos believe their district representative is doing a “good job” performing their role at the House of Representatives, according to Octa Research. Based on its second quarter Tugon ng Masa survey released on Monday, Octa Research noted that 64 percent of Filipinos said their current congressman or congresswoman is doing well at their job.
