This 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 was purchased new by the seller’s father from Superior Ford in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and it was later acquired by the seller in 2022. Now with 6k miles, it is finished in Competition Orange over Charcoal Black cloth and is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 linked to a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. The car rides on 19″ alloy wheels and is equipped with Brembo front brakes, black side decals with Boss 302 lettering, SpeedForm quarter-window louvers, an aftermarket rear wing, Recaro seats, air conditioning, and a CD stereo. This Boss 302 is now offered with an ownership kit, a window sticker, a TracKey, owner’s manuals, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Competition Orange and features a Boss 302-specific front fascia, a blacked-out grille with blocked-off fog light openings, a front spoiler, a black hood stripe and side decals, painted side mirrors, SpeedForm quarter-window louvers, a rear wing, and a quad-exit exhaust system with side and rear outlets. The seller notes one orange touch-up spot on the rear bumper and two dings, one on the rear bumper cover and one on the left side of the front spoiler, photos of which are presented in the gallery.
The 19″ 10-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. The Boss 302 features electric power steering, five-way adjustable dampers, unique front and rear coil springs, and a revised rear sway bar and bushings when compared with the GT. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with Brembo front calipers over ventilated rotors.
The cabin features manually adjustable Recaro front bucket seats trimmed in Charcoal Black cloth with “Boss 302” embroidery on the backrests. Additional equipment includes engine-turned dashboard trim, air conditioning, a CD stereo, TracKey, cruise control, and rear seats. The airbag recalls were completed in 2016 and 2019. The center console is scuffed beneath the climate controls and wear is noted above the ignition lock cylinder.
The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 6k miles, approximately 400 of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.0-liter Road Runner V8 features a forged rotating assembly, CNC ported cylinder heads, and revised camshafts for a factory rating of 444 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. A strut tower brace spans the engine bay, and a plaque affixed to the intake manifold denotes this example as #1062 built for the model year. The oil was changed in 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1 Torsen helical limited-slip differential.
The window shows notes initial delivery to Superior Ford and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total price of $43,575.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage.
