Is there any problem that a big bowl of pasta can't fix?
I've never been an Italian food kind of girly. Ironic, considering that I'm writing this story. But things have changed over the last year. I moved out of my parents' home and settled in a little town farther north, where the climate is colder, and the winters are harsher. I've been loving it so far, since cold weather is really my jam. What really helps me cope with that weather, especially on days when getting out of the house isn't ideal, is comfort food. And there's no better comfort food out there than pasta and Italian food.
I can't believe those words are coming out of… my hands? But it's true!
Nothing beats a warm bowl of buttered spaghetti and a good movie while you cuddle up on your couch. And now that fall is here, we have the perfect excuse to dig into some really good Italian food to get through the cold.
