Privacy? Never heard of her! At least, that's what our cats seem to think. The moment you bring a feline into your home, every room becomes a shared space, every closed door becomes a personal insult, and going to the bathroom alone becomes a distant memory.

Cats have a special talent for appearing exactly where they're least wanted. You could spend an entire afternoon trying to convince your kitty to cuddle, only to be completely ignored. But the second you sit on the toilet? Suddenly, you're the most interesting person in the world. Your little bathroom supervisor has arrived, and attendance is mandatory.

Heaven forbid you close the door! The scratching begins, followed by increasingly dramatic meows that suggest someone is being terribly mistreated. Open it, and your cat will probably stare at you for three seconds before walking away. They didn't actually want to come inside. They just needed to know they could.

The bedroom isn't safe either. Trying to get dressed? There's a cat sitting on your clean clothes. Making the bed? Your feline assistant is attacking the sheets. Attempting a romantic evening? Congratulations, you've got a furry third wheel who insists on sitting directly between you.

Even showering becomes a spectator sport. Some cats perch on the edge of the bathtub, watching with genuine concern as their beloved hooman voluntarily gets wet. Others sit outside the shower curtain, occasionally reaching a paw through to check whether you've survived. Thanks for the wellness check, buddy!

Working from home comes with its own set of challenges. Your laptop is now a heated cat bed, your keyboard is a scratching post, and every video call apparently requires a surprise appearance from someone's fluffy backside. Nothing says professional like explaining to your coworkers why your cat just typed seventeen letters into an important email.

We can't even enjoy a snack without being investigated. Every crinkling wrapper attracts a tiny detective demanding to inspect the evidence. Your cat doesn't care that you're eating something they wouldn't like. They simply cannot allow suspicious activity to happen without their supervision.

Despite all this clinginess, try picking them up when they're not in the mood. Suddenly, purrsonal boundaries are extremely important!

We suppose that's the price of living with a furry little stalker who loves you on their own terms. Our cats might drive us bonkers, but we'd miss those nosy little faces if they ever stopped following us around.

Purrsonal space is a privilege, not a right, according to our feline overlords!
