translates as
"In 2014, the ten-year-old "little diamond" discovered by Bamba arrived at that training center, located in Assouba, one hundred kilometers east of Abidjan."
That means that Yan Diomande was born in 2003 or 2004, not in 2006 as officially claimed.
EDIT: The same piece of news says "Enseguida vimos que era un niño muy especial con el balón. Era driblador, encarador, profundo y descarado. Lo subimos de alevín a infantil inmediatamente." which translates as "We immediately saw that he was a very special boy with the ball. He was a dribbler, he liked to take players on, he was direct, and he played with great audacity. We moved him up from the *alevín* (U12) to the *infantil* (U14) age group right away." So if in 2014 he was 7 or 8 as officially claimed, he would have been put initially in *benjamín* (U10), not in *alevín* (U12).
