All Elite Wrestling’s (AEW) Blood and Guts special is one of the most brutal "Dynamite" episodes on the company’s calendar. Any competitor who steps into the double-sided ring inside a humongous steel cage knows exactly what they are getting themselves into – bloody warfare.
The brutality was on full display during the women’s Blood and Guts match. Megan Bayne, one of the first entrants in the event, was wearing a crimson mask almost from the moment she stepped into the cage to take her fight to Kris Statlander.

Bayne was bleeding from her head profusely as she took a chair to the head and then dropped on her face from a Statlander electric chair. As Willow Nightingale stepped into the skirmish, she taunted Bayne to the cameras and showed off her opponent’s bloody face.
It was absolutely terrifying to watch one half of the Divine Dominion essentially go 45 minutes with a red face.

The team of Statlander, Nightingale, Harley Cameron, Alex Windsor, Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata picked up the win over Bayne, Lena Kross, Thekla, Julia Hart, Skye Blue and Persephone. Hart tapped out to end the match.
At the end of the night, Bayne earned the respect of pro wrestling legend Mick Foley.
"This match was pure insanity," Foley wrote in a post on Instagram. "Respect to everyone involved. These women are truly hardcore.
"Years from now, when we look back at the career of Megan Bayne, this will be one of the matches that defines it."
Bayne has made her presence felt from the time she returned to AEW in 2025. She was involved in last year’s Blood and Guts match, the first time a women’s match was featured. She and Kross also held the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship for 168 days beginning in March. The duo dethroned Nightingale and Cameron at Revolution.
