LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Following days of scattered rains, the Visayas can expect fair weather beginning Monday, October 26, the state weather bureau said. In its daily forecast, Pagasa said the region would experience generally fair conditions, although localized thunderstorms might still occur. The Visayas, along with Occidental Mindoro, Palawan and the Kalayaan Islands, will experience light to moderate winds from the northeast and slight to moderate seas.
