Katy Inzer was apparently feeling frisky.

So the 46-year-old Maryland bartender allegedly did what comes naturally and took off her pants and began masturbating on an American Airlines flight en route to Miami.

According to The Smoking Gun , about 20 minutes into the night flight, flight attendant Gabriel Barrero said he was approached by 61-year-old male passenger Alexander Pichado, who made a shocking report.

The passenger told Barrero that the woman in Seat 9D had allegedly removed her pants and “began to actively masturbate while making inappropriate sounds.”

Instructed to put pants back on

Barrero told cops that he approached the woman — later identified as Inzer — and “instructed her to put her pants back on.” The passionate passenger reportedly complied “without further incident” and then eventually fell asleep for the remainder of the flight.

But alas, the matter was not concluded. At Miami International Airport, cops acted as the welcome wagon when they greeted the incoming plane from Baltimore around 11 p.m. “in reference to a female causing a disturbance on inbound flight.”

Frisky flier got hammered at airport

Pichardo provided cops with a written statement corroborating Barrero’s titillating account of the eventful, sex-fueled September 11 flight.

Inzer reportedly told cops that she could not recall what had occurred during the flight “because she fell asleep.”

However, Inzer said she had been knocking back booze at the airport before boarding. And cops say she reeked “with a strong odour of alcohol beverage and she had bloodshot eyes.”

The bodacious barkeep told cops that her departure from Baltimore had been delayed two hours and “as a result, she had several drinks before boarding the flight.”

But what about the mile-high masturbation?

‘She does not remember’

Cops said: “Ms. Inzer stated that she does not remember what occurred during flight because she fell asleep.”

Because the alleged incident occurred in-flight, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office kicked the matter up to the FBI and forwarded their report. The feds provided The Smoking Gun with a copy of the report after an open records request.

But so far, the status of the FBI inquiry into the case of the Saucy Server, is unclear and so far, no charges have been filed against. Inzer works at a bar on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Two days after the alleged tawdry touching incident, the divorced mom of several adult kids posted photos from her Florida vacation.

She captioned the photos: “God gives us tiny love letters called clouds, flowers, and rain.”
