MABALACAT CITY — Policemen arrested a patrolman for firing his service firearm into the air during an argument with his father before midnight on Tuesday in Victoria, Tarlac.  The incident took place at 11:50 p.m. in Rigor Compound, Barangay San Nicolas, the Central Luzon police said in a report on Wednesday. “Initial investigation showed that the 26-year-old patrolman, who is assigned to the Angeles City Police Station, was allegedly under the influence of liquor when he figured in an argument with his father over a family land dispute,” police said.
