CLIFTON COVE

Late last year, Black Coffee purchased a seaside villa in Clifton that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountains.

Known as “The Pentagon,” the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom mansion on Nettleton Road boasts luxury amenities, including a private cinema, a gym, a glass elevator, and an infinity pool.

The upmarket property was reportedly purchased for R157 million – in cash!
