Aston Villa have agreed a deal worth up to £65m to sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea. Villa will pay £47.5m upfront, with £17.5m in add-ons. Jackson is set to reunite with Unai Emery and replace Ollie Watkins, who is expected to join Al-Hilal.
