Marvel fans have gotten a closer look at Doctor Doom’s costume ahead of Avengers: Doomsday. Sideshow has unveiled a first-look video of Hot Toys’ Victor von Doom figure from the upcoming film.
The limited-edition 1/6-scale collectible figure depicts Doom in a travel outfit rather than the armor seen in earlier promotional material for the film. That includes a dark green tunic, a black belt with a silver buckle, pants, and long black boots. Moreover, a dark green hooded cloak with a hexagonal pattern completes the look. The cloak contains bendable wire for posing and comes with a detachable silver-colored clasp and metal chain.
The accessories offer the clearest look at Doom’s mystical powers. The figure stands approximately 12 inches tall and includes translucent green flame effects and hands featuring a black krackle effect. The figure features 30 points of articulation, allowing collectors to pose the Latverian villain in a variety of ways.
A display stand with the character’s name is also included. However, only 3,000 units will be sold in select markets. The Hot Toys figure is priced at $270 and can be added to collectors’ wish lists through Sideshow.
More Marvel heroes join the spotlight ahead of Avengers: DoomsdayDoom is not the only Hot Toys figure from the manufacturer. Sideshow is also offering figures based on other characters appearing in the upcoming MCU film. These include Steve Rogers, Thor, Gambit, Magneto, Cyclops, and Professor X.
The Steve Rogers figure recreates Chris Evans’ appearance in the film. It includes Thor’s cracked Mjolnir, which even lights up with the signature blue lightning effect. The Thor figure is based on Chris Hemsworth’s portrayal and features a UV-reactive eye effect.
The Gambit figure includes kinetic-energy effects, while the Professor X figure features a wheelchair with an articulated joystick. Magneto and Cyclops round out the lineup.
Avengers: Doomsday is set to arrive in theaters on December 18, 2026.
