During the fifth leg of the UAAGI On The Move 2026 tour, BAIC Philippines officially launched its new warranty policy. Going forward, all of its vehicles in the Philippines are covered by a five-year or 150,000km general warranty. This policy covers any manufacturing faults or defects found on core vehicle components.
The Chinese automaker is also covering its new energy vehicles with an eight-year or 160,000km high-voltage battery warranty. BAIC Philippines describes this policy as “one of the longest battery warranty terms in its class,” which works to assure customers that they are supported by the brand throughout the lifespan of their electrified vehicles such as the B30e Dune and the B40e Trailmaster.

BAIC Philippines also reminds its customers that besides its updated warranty policies, its vehicles are also covered by three years of free roadside assistance from the date of purchase. This includes services like flat tires, towing, as well as battery concerns.

These aftersales policies are supported by UAAGI’s growing dealership network. Currently numbering at 131 locations nationwide, BAIC Philippines says these dealerships are ready to provide “access to trained technicians, genuine parts, and dedicated service centers across the country.”
