COTABATO CITY, Philippines — The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (Opapru) on Sunday said some 108 international observers from 16 organizations and delegations will monitor the conduct of the first Bangsamoro parliamentary elections on Monday.
