Karachi - Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Sunday said governor’s rule and emergency measures in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa could be withdrawn if the opposition agreed to work with the federal government on a joint strategy to combat terrorism.
