Binance could've been backed, but for now it's unconfirmed.

Here's the timeline:
- Binance's hot wallets sent this wallet almost 200,000 ETH (~$445M), all within the last hour.
- About 30 minutes later, it sent ~195,000 ETH somewhere else. Just like that.
- The wallet is also sitting on ~$2.4 BILLION in tokens, mostly USDT and USDC.
What's still in there:
- ~$975M USDT
- ~$823M USDC
- ~$560M in other coins (RLUSD, staked ETH, tokenized gold, UNI, PEPE, LINK, and a bunch more)
That's nearly $1.8 BILLION in stablecoins just sitting there.
Why it moved the ETH first: Tether and Circle can freeze USDT and USDC. ETH can't be frozen. So if this is a hack, the ETH probably went FIRST BECAUSE NOBODY CAN STOP IT..
