CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Police arrested a fisherman who also operates a fishing vessel for allegedly employing unlicensed fishermen / crewmen in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro on Saturday. Recovered from the suspect were a fishing vessel, fishing gear and catch worth an estimated P940,000.
