Casio’s F-91W has become a cult classic in the watch world. It was (and still is) an affordable daily timepiece and has been seen on the wrists of famous figures, from world leaders to...less scrupulous individuals. This new F-B100W keeps the classic looks of the OG, but adds a built-in step counter and Bluetooth connectivity.
The watch weighs 26 grams. It has a lug-to-lug distance of 41.9mm, a width of 38.1mm, and a slim height of 8.8mm. Like the F-91W, the case and bezel are made of resin, while the strap uses a bio-resin mix. As for the battery, Casio spec’d this with a standard CR2016, with a battery life of two years.

As mentioned, the F-B100W’s highlights are its step counter and Bluetooth features. The watch has a step-count display range of up to 999,999 steps, with a daily step-goal setting of 1,000 to 50,000. In addition, there’s also a step reminder feature and a step-count graph that measures by the hour.

The Bluetooth function, meanwhile, lets you connect to your phone for automatic time adjustment, display about 300 world time cities, track life log data for health metrics, and use the phone finder. Other features carried over from older models include the stopwatch, timer, alarm, calendar, and LED backlight.

As for colors, the F-B100W is available in the classic black case with blue outline, black-on-black, and green-and-black. Casio Philippines hasn’t displayed the local price, but based on other markets, it will probably cost around P4,200. What do you think of this new offering from Casio? Let us know in the comments.
