Chinese naval and coast guard vessels and a research ship were spotted near Bajo de Masinloc  off Zambales while the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources  was distributing fuel to Filipino fishermen in the area, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported yesterday.
