CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) is urging coconut farmers in Oriental Mindoro to adopt moisture-saving practices as prolonged heat and dry conditions associated with El Niño threaten coconut plantations in the province.
