Hollywood has given us pretty much every possible version of a Santa Claus movie over the years. We've had good Santa, Bad Santa, Tim Allen Santa, and even evil robot Santa. But in 2022, Violent Night managed to put a fresh spin on the character by combining Santa Claus with the gritty action-hero story of Die Hard and the expertly choreographed combat of the John Wick movies. Violent Night was a surprisingly delightful spin on the genre, and four years later, we're getting a sequel that takes the series in an even more surprising direction.
