7Rings Gaming has released Dead Gun, a new high-volatility online slot that mixes Wild West gunfights with a supernatural, ghost-filled frontier.

Dead Gun is played on a 5×5 grid with 20 paylines and has a listed RTP of 96.09%. The developer puts its hit frequency at 27.46%, while the largest possible payout is advertised as 20,000 times the player’s stake.

The game’s main feature is its Revolver mechanic. Gun symbols can drop onto the grid carrying metallic bullets, with each bullet displaying a multiplier value. When a gun fires, the resulting shot enhances the current spin before the weapon moves down one position during each subsequent spin. This continues until the gun eventually drops off the bottom of the grid.

How does the Dead Gun bonus game work?

Landing at least three Scatter symbols triggers the Dead Gun Bonus Game and awards a round of free spins.

The bonus introduces the Drum symbol, which can only appear during free spins. When struck by a bullet, the Drum transforms into a Wild and moves every active Wild, gun and multiplier position up by one row. It also awards one additional free spin, allowing successful combinations of guns, bullets and Drums to extend the feature.

Because guns continue moving down the grid while other symbols can be pushed upwards, the bonus creates the possibility of modifier chains developing across several spins.

Dead Gun Buy Bonus and booster options

Dead Gun includes several optional paid and enhanced-play features, although their availability may depend on the platform and local gambling regulations.

The Buy Bonus option provides immediate access to the free spins round by guaranteeing the necessary Scatter symbols.
