It has taken me ages to get this far and I feel like a student who hasn’t done very well in an examination. However, I did turn up for the exam and completed some questions. I will be writing to the examiner some time fairly soon to tell Defra that this is an utterly crap consultation!
If you wanted to participate then it won’t take you long to say something – and something is better than nothing. Feel free to use or adapt my thoughts as you see fit. I feel as though I could have done a better job for you too – but life is busy and this consultation is extremely poorly structured and worded.
