Deion Sanders has obviously not been in the best of moods following Colorado's 41-7 loss to Northwestern this past weekend, and he showed just how upset he was this week with players on his team.
Before Colorado took the field against the Wildcats, multiple players were captured on video talking trash about the size of Northwestern’s crowd. It turned out to be the beginning of an unpleasant day for everyone involved with the Buffaloes.
Not only did the Buffaloes get torched on the field, but there were multiple players who decided that it would be in their best interest to laugh about the loss while entering the postgame locker room.

"I don't understand how in the world you can find joy, or you can find a laughing matter when I'm right behind you walking [the locker room]," Sanders said after the loss. "I don't understand that, and I addressed it, and I'm going to put my foot in it, not on it."
Even though Colorado is 2-1 on the season, what we witnessed on Saturday could turn into a trend for a football team that looked overwhelmed for nearly the entire game against Northwestern.
The last thing Deion Sanders wants is for this to snowball into another horrid season, with a select few players not taking things seriously in the locker room.
So, he decided it was best for the football team to move on from a number of players, who have not been identified as of yet.

There is also the hangover effect with this bunch from Colorado, seeing how last season turned into a nightmare for the coaching staff in Boulder.
In past years, Deion might have been able to look the other way, but not any longer. The Colorado head coach made it a point to say that it was not just an incident that took place following the Northwestern game, but more so that he felt as though it was not in the best interest of his team to keep a few guys around for the sake of it.
"It's never one," Sanders said on Tuesday. "I'm one the most loving and giving and forgiving men you could ever meet, but when you start [having] conduct detrimental to the team, you don't care about the team, you care about you, I have a problem with that. A year ago, I didn't put my foot down in it enough. It lingered a little bit. Then, it imploded.
"I'm not doing that anymore."
To show that he wasn’t playing around when it came to his team disrespecting others, Sanders had safety Ben Finneseth appear before the head coach took to the podium in order to apologize for their pregame comments that were captured on social media.
"It was childish. It was a stupid thing that I said. It won't happen again," Ben Finneseth said on Tuesday. "The way I handled it was horrible and I promise you guys that it will not happen again."
Colorado will face Baylor this weekend in Waco, with plenty on the line if Deion Sanders hopes to keep his team in the running for a potential shot at a Big 12 title game appearance.
As for the players who were dismissed, we will get a better understanding of who they were once a depth chart is released later in the week.
