Ive used this weirdly shaped triangle room as an office and storage room until now.
In the future Id like to use the room mainly as a cozy retreating area for myself with the possibility to sleep there as well. Like my little sanctuary if you will.
But I need the work desk as well :( Also theres one Ikea Kallax and two Billy shelfs that need to stay in the room but can be moved around.
I want to change the layout and create zones that I would possibly divide with ceiling curtains to create kind of a canopy vibe so its even cozier in the lounge area.The ceiling in the apartment is 3m high so I really need somewhere that feels more like a nest lol.
If I put the lounging area in the small part of the room its cozy but the main focus is still on the work area and you'd have to walk through it to get to the lounge.
And I dont want the desk to be the first thing you see when you enter the room. Ideally I dont want to see it at all from the cozy area.
The other choice is to put the desk in the small end of the triangle.
But where to put a couch/daybed so I wont feel "exposed" when someone enters the room?
Feeling safe and sound is this place is the main goal.
Any advice is appreciated!
