Does anyone know how to convert it into a .bak file?

This is a backup in ( MIUI's built-in "Back up") , and I want to modify some folders inside it. But afterward, I can't repack it into a .bak file. I can't find .bak as a compression format in MT Manager, ZArchiver, or RAR or any other app. Can anyone help ?
