MANILA, Philippines — Motorists can already access the Pasig Boulevard-C5 Flyover and C5 Boni Serrano Flyover earlier than their originally scheduled completion, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced on Sunday. In a statement, the DPWH said the northbound lane of the Pasig Blvd-C5 Flyover will be passable early on Monday evening, November 2, while its southbound lane will stick to its reopening schedule on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
