New York Fashion Week is nigh. When our editors aren’t organizing our busy show schedules, we’re restocking our wardrobes and test-running the latest runway trends.
This month, team Fashionista gravitated toward eye-catching accessories, including an adjustable tassel necklace, playful bag charm, rounded silver glasses and a gold paperclip bracelet. Thong wedges, square-toe ballet flats and sporty sneakers topped our end-of-summer footwear wishlists. And as for our editors’ favorite ready-to-wear finds, a sage green blouse, statement balloon pants and an asymmetrical lace camisole emerged as our newest must-have pieces.

While they have a slim shape, they don’t feel too tight around the toes, and the padded insole makes them comfortable for all-day wear. GVN Slip Wedges, ₱2,600 ($42), available here: “I’m not much of a footwear person; I stick to the same rotation of three (very run-down) shoes for most occasions. But while staying in Manila for a few days, I discovered GVN, which makes Pinterest-worthy sandals in a variety of colorways. After a return debacle (from not knowing my foot size in the Philippines) and some very kind customer service, I finally landed on the Slip Wedge in Cocoa, Aqua and Chrome. Polo Ralph Lauren Tie-Detailed Woven Balloon Pants, $400, available here: “These weird/cool pants — which feature a triangular wrap-around panel dipping down on one side, and drawstrings at the ankles — have been my favorite way to combine the balloon silhouette and tie-a-scarf-around-your-waist trends. The linen-viscose blend fabric is lightweight and breezy, which makes them a perfect transitional piece for this time of year. And this blue is so fun!” —Steph

Bombas Women’s Ruffle Rib Quarter Sock 4-Pack, $72 $65, available here: “The polka dot trend has hit my sock drawer. Bombas already makes my favorite socks (they have built-in arch support!), but the brand has outdone itself with this playful polka dot pattern paired with a ruffled trim. They’re a cheeky take on my standard quarter-length socks, and the perfect accent to my Mary Jane flats.” —Catie
American Eagle Striped Rugby Polo T-Shirt, $50 $25, available here: “I’m calling it now: We’re in for a rugby shirt fall. I’ve noticed quite a few shirts of this sporty variety in various fall drops, and I’m so game (pun intended). This version from American Eagle is the perfect transitional piece, since the short sleeves and lightweight fabric allow me to wear it while it’s still hot out, but once the temperature cools, I can layer it.” —Janelle
Sunnies Studios Marshall Glasses, $35, available here: The Sunnies Studios flagship store in the Mall of Asia remains one of the best interiors I’ve seen from a brand, and it was even visually persuasive enough to convince me to buy a pair of frames. I was originally on the hunt for sunglasses until I tried on this style and fell in love. Designed to give blue light protection using Anti-Rad lenses, these glasses also double as adaptive shades, darkening when taken outside into the sun. I’ve worn them in the streets of Manila, Seoul and New York, and even though I’m a certified Sweaty Girl, they have not slipped off once.” —Neia
Stand Oil Faye Mary Jane, $79, available here: “I got really obsessed with Stand Oil’s affordable accessories while in Korea. Fortunately for us in the U.S., shipping isn’t too pricey. So, I recently picked up these silver ballet flats that seem simple, but the slightly square toe makes them more unique than my current options.” —Elizabeth
Gorjana Parker Bracelet, $75, available here: “I’m not usually a fan of bracelets, but my favorite gold watch needed a friend. After some further convincing from a Gorjana stylist, I decided to add this minimalistic paperclip bracelet to my lineup of go-to accessories.
