Police have cuffed one of two additional Toronto men wanted in a wide-ranging retail theft investigation.

Toronto Police said in an update that Charles Clarke, 42, was the fourth person arrested in the case, all of whom are accused of breaching previous court orders. He was charged on Thursday with five counts of failure to comply with probation and 25 counts of theft under $5,000.

However, they said that Richard Hoskin, 45, is still wanted for seven counts each of theft under $5,000 and disguise with intent as well as 15 counts of failure to comply with a release order.

Cops said that Hoskin is 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes.

‘Numerous thefts’ reported since January

Police said the case is connected to a rash of retail store thefts across the city between Jan. 14 and Oct. 11.

During those incidents, police said a “group of suspects” was responsible for “numerous thefts at locations of a retail store.” They estimated that the losses exceeded $35,600.

Cops had already arrested two other Toronto men and a woman earlier this month in connection with the case with Jacob Doucette, 35, and Camille Dobson-Boire, 31, the first two cuffed on Oct. 11 .
