In Nepal, the death toll continues to rise. Every day, new bodies are recovered, but many remain unidentifiable. Several days after the devastating floods, some are already in an advanced state of decomposition. Faced with the influx of remains, authorities have begun burying them without formal identification, primarily to limit health risks and the strong odours. FRANCE 24's special correspondents traveled to Bharatpur, in southern Nepal, to one of these burial sites.
