Protests in France have intensified due to teacher shortages, resulting in widespread school closures and clashes. A 15-year-old student lost his hand after handling a police stun grenade, prompting a government investigation. Police reported numerous arrests and significant property damage since the protests began last week. Student unions continue to organise demonstrations despite concerns over escalating violence.
