Google Translate has been steadily upgrading its translation capabilities, from introducing background translation features to prepping Android XR-specific listening boundaries. We’ve now spotted Google working on an auto-save feature for Live Translate transcripts, but only for mobile users, as the company seems to plan to block transcript saving entirely when translation occurs through XR smart glasses.
