IM Marcus Harvey won the English Rapidplay Championship in Peterborough after defeating fellow IM Jonah Willow in a five-game playoff. Both players finished the 11-round tournament on 9 points, half a point ahead of top seed Michael Adams, who was held to a draw in the final round.
