Hello everyone!
I need help figuring out how to place the furniture in this living room that was turned into bed room. I've created a rough layout of my room with the IKEA tool cause the actual room is a bit messy.
Some details:
1- The door on the left wall leads to my roommate's room. The other door leads to the house entrance. Roommate has to pass by my room to get to the entrance, toilet, and kitchen. Creating some sense of privacy would be nice.
2- I have white curtains over the windows, and a radiator heater under the window (runs across 75% of the wall, centered).
3- The huge black couch is my "bed". I added multiple elements to make the dimensions closer to reality, but you can consider the whole black couch as one entity. I sleep on the part of the couch that is on the right: if the couch back is made up of 3 units, i use the 2 units on the right to sleep. Basically I dont sleep on the extended bit nor the main bit that it protrudes from.)
4- The room is 5.2x3.75m and the couch is 3.2m wide. The extended section of the couch is 2m deep.
5- The TV table on the left has a TV on it, but that whole thing is not for me. I want to ideally keep it there cause I don't use it.
Any advice is welcome; thank you in advance!
